If you’re in Fresno, this restaurant is a “must try!” Wow! Every dish was fantastic and so full of flavor! Well done to the chef and his incredible kitchen staff for executing such a creative menu. It was such a great dining experience. Every dish that I had was fantastic! Their bread pudding is to die for! Their signature egg plant appetizer was the perfect starter. The birria tacos were delicious …. You can’t leave without trying their famous bread pudding. You will regret not ordering the bread pudding. Staff is so knowledgeable about the menu and every single dish. There are so many great dishes and daily specials to try. Kayla was such an amazing waitress —-excellent communication and customer service skills! She was all smiles and I can tell she loved her job and the people she worked with. Superb dining experience! Thank you Kayla and team for such a wonderful dining experience. I will be back soon!

Cracked Pepper Bistro & Bar in Fresno is one of those rare places that makes each visit feel like more than just dinner it’s a full experience. The moment you walk in, the ambiance strikes a perfect balance of elegance and comfort. Warm lighting, tasteful décor, and a menu that shows off real care in its ingredients and flavor pairings. Every dish we tried tasted refined nothing sloppy or thrown together. The appetizers were creative and enjoyable (yes, the Mala Insana Napoleon gets all the well-deserved praise), the entrees cooked just right, and the desserts especially their bread pudding were absolutely outstanding. What made the night exceptional though was our server, Kayla. She’s someone who seems to genuinely love what she does. Attentive without hovering, informative without being overwhelming, and whenever something needed tweaking she handled it gracefully. She knew the menu, gave great suggestions, and made us feel well-taken-care-of the whole evening.

Always an amazing night out when you visit Cracked Pepper Bistro. We had few appetizers to start with - black Chilean Mussels, Crab Cakes, Stilton Blue Salad - all a bomb. I continued with Crispy Brussels Sprouts, hubby had rib eye and son had lamb chops. Chef Vatche always delivers and his maitre’d and manager Michelle makes you always feel like you are a family .

Destiny was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and comfortable. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything about our first visit was perfect. Her timing was spot on—our drinks, food, and any extras we needed came without us ever having to ask twice. She went above and beyond to make our first experience here truly great. We’ll definitely be coming back thanks to her outstanding service!

Cracked Pepper is high on my list for a great time with friends or significant other. Beginning with the warm welcomes from all of the Staff. I absolutely can’t recommend this place enough from the atmosphere and food and drinks, especially the dessert. The bread pudding is a must.

Food was delicious! Menu offered a wide variety to satisfy all interests! Our favorite was the bone marrow app! Amazing! Black moon marg was perfect! Highly recommend! But by far the service stood out the most to us! Kayla was a delight! Service was personable, professional and in my opinion next level! Thank you for the perfect place to celebrate our 10 year anniversary!!

Cracked Pepper – Fresno’s Best Spot for Fine Dining. Cracked Pepper is my favorite place for a nice dinner in Fresno. The atmosphere is exactly what I want in a fine dining spot—classy and comfortable at the same time. It feels special without being too formal or stiff, so you can actually relax and enjoy your meal. The dining room has warm lighting and a vibe that feels just right for a great dinner out. The bar area is also really nice—a perfect spot to enjoy one of their excellent cocktails before dinner. One thing that really makes Cracked Pepper stand out is the food. Every dish feels thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and pay attention to the details. From appetizers to entrees, everything comes out beautifully plated and cooked exactly right. It’s consistently excellent no matter what you order. I also really appreciate that the chef and owner is often there, greeting guests and making sure everything is going well. You can tell they genuinely care about the experience. Bonus tip: the bread pudding is Fresno-famous. It’s the best in town and truly an unforgettable way to finish. Our waitress Kayla is an exceptional person with great energy! We’ve had her both times we’ve been to Cracked Pepper and she even remembered us. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was perfect for celebrating special events, and we will definitely be back!
